Tiffany Bredfeldt, a toxicologist employed (or formerly employed) by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and the EPA, testified before the Arizona Superior Court that she was in psychiatric care. Bredfeldt has lied, in her own words, to “the Court multiple times [and] to multiple police departments, detectives, federal agencies, and other officials in several states,” including the Arizona Dept. of Public Safety and the FBI. All of her allegations, which have included charges of sexual trespass/assault have been invalidated. Coincident with their dismissal, Tiffany Bredfeldt was apparently dumped by her husband.
